BitNetica is led by Abe Garcia, who spent 20 years at a high-tech $60M print manufacturing and fulfillment company, including 16 years as Director of IT. He owned the full technology lifecycle: hundreds of endpoints, virtual servers, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud migrations, disaster recovery, acquisitions, and infrastructure supporting 120+ websites.

He also trained as a web developer, and earlier worked in newspaper production as both Design Manager and Systems Manager, bridging creative and technical operations. That experience shapes how BitNetica approaches IT, web presence and marketing.

BitNetica got our older Hunter alignment machines back up and running in both Woodstock and Round Lake when the PCs went down, even after others had failed. Abe was fair, responsive, and even created backup images of the hard drives so we can get back up quickly if one fails. I am the manager of AmeriMex Mufflers & Breaks in Woodstock. Do you require contracts or retainers?

No. BitNetica doesn’t lock you into contracts or retainers. You pay for what you need, and you own the results. Ongoing managed IT is an option for the convenience and predictability, but that’s always your choice, never a requirement.

How fast can you respond when something breaks?

We tell you when we can start and whether it is a remote fix or a visit. We are based in Woodstock, so on-site help across McHenry County is a short drive, and farther locations are supported remote first with planned visits.

What areas do you serve?
