We provide honest, reliable, no-nonsense tech support for small businesses. With over 30 years in IT, we've seen everything, from network nightmares (ever heard of a network loop? ) to printer voodoo. If it runs on power and talks to something else, we've probably fixed it. PC, Mac, Windows, Linux, Servers, Firewalls, etc...

• $125/hour – Remote or onsite, same rate
• 15-minute minimum for remote support, billed in 15-minute increments
• 1-hour minimum for onsite visits
• No trip charge in town
• Out-of-town visits (30+ miles): billed at ¾ rate
• Availability: 8AM to 5PM, Monday Through Friday.
• Weekend: Yes, by appointment only.

• No contracts.
• No pre-paid retainers.
• No sneaky “Managed Services” billing where you pay monthly and get nothing.
• Just honest work, done well, billed fairly.

Note: We are working to add Managed Services in the future, but we'll also keep our ad hoc rate, as that is what most customers want.
